• Transport Operations

• Manage daily operations of approximately 75 buses across assigned locations.
• Ensure buses operate as per defined schedules and routes.
• Conduct daily physical inspections of buses (minimum 5 buses) outside office premises.
• Arrange alternate transport in case of breakdowns or schedule changes.

• Monitoring & Reporting

• Verify daily security bus checklists and identify discrepancies.
• Track employee attendance/punching reports and determine flexi timings.
• Share updates with transport coordinators for route adjustments.
• Prepare and maintain:
  • Daily employee count reports
  • Flexi timing reports
  • Parking vehicle count
  • Breakdown reports
• Submit monthly consolidated reports to the client.

• Vendor Management

• Coordinate with transport vendors for:
  • Bus availability and deployment
  • Breakdown resolution
  • Taxi arrangements during emergencies
• Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings for:
  • Escalations
  • Addition or removal of buses

• Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all vehicles are valid:
  • RC, Insurance, PUC, Permits, and other statutory documents
• Maintain records as per client-provided tracking systems and link sheets.
  • Keep updated database of:
  • Drivers (contact details and records)
  • Bus fleet summary (additions and removals)

• Tracking & Systems

• Monitor and ensure GPS systems in all buses are functioning properly.
• Track daily transport issues using issue logs/sheets and ensure timely resolution.

• Safety & Audits

• Ensure all transport operations comply with safety standards and company policies.
• Conduct surprise inspections, including driver alcohol testing.
• Ensure pre-monsoon preparedness of all vehicles in coordination with vendors.
• Inspect new buses with HSE team before onboarding them into operations.

• Verification & Control

• Verify and reconcile security transport records with internal transport data for accuracy in:
  • Bus count
  • Timings

• Incident Management

• Report on transport-related incidents promptly.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and coordinate corrective actions.

• Training & Coordination

• Participate in and coordinate defensive driving training programs for drivers.
• Ensure attendance and compliance with safety training requirements.
