YOUR MISSION

• This position reports directly to the Manager Sales VN, O&O and Marketplaces Ecom and is responsible for managing assigned e-commerce platforms, including Shopee and Lazada
• Define and execute ecommerce monthly business activities on assigned ecommerce platform to drive business objectives and platform strategy
• Responsible to sales target and monitor costs with given budget
• Analyze and monitor the efficiency of ecommerce activities by interacting with internal and external key stakeholders to drive aligned KPIs (brand images, promotions effectiveness and brand campaign activities implementation, initiatives, etc.)
• Manage relationship with key ecommerce partners to get updates changes and the best supports from ecommerce platform
• Lead enabler agency to execute, monitor to ensure all implement inline with brand direction
• Deliver daily ecommerce operations & documentation as assigned

YOUR TALENT

• Understanding ecommerce platforms including platform packages exposures, displays, data accessed from seller centers, promotion tool set up, promotion schemes application, etc.
• Advance in excel & powerpoint , familar with ecommerce fundamental data: ecom metrics (GMV, NMV, CR, AOV, livestream, etc)
• Solid understanding in commercial and digital
• Have good sense in fashion / sports categories is a plus
• Data driven & critical thinking, doable mindset
• Good communication, fluent in English
• Problem solving in fast- faced enviroment
• Ability to work with flexible hours to meet ecommerce business needs.
• Requirement Bachelor’s Degree, major marketing, ecommerce is plus
• At least 2 years experience in similar roles in brand, e-distributors, Ecom platform
