ABOUT THE ROLE

We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Amazon MGM International team as a Senior Client Executive. This is a full-time position based in London. The Role will report to the Client Director. This is an incredibly exciting time to join the team, as we scale and begin to work across a fantastic and varied film slate, with titles such as Hail Mary, Verity and The Thomas Crown Affair.

This role assists in the oversight of all workstreams and helps to co-ordinate the delivery of projects from start to finish, working with our internal teams and local market colleagues to deliver excellence in execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with the OpenDoor and WPP network will be a key part of your day-to-day and enabling best practice and on-time delivery is critical.

• Build strong relationships with the local OpenDoor teams and the regional departments
• Support with socializing Global Campaign guidelines and the implementation in the market
• Collate best-in-class work across the network, elevate to regional clients, and roll out across markets
• Understand the Amazon ways of working as well as the responsibilities of our team to drive ongoing organization, quality and consistency for your clients
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of regional plans and reporting (weekly spend trackers and performance reports)
• Support the finance billing process to collate PO’s, update budget trackers, and monitor client billing
• Support in ensuring client and internal Status meetings are well prepared
