Maintenance Engineer – C&S responsible to trouble shoot and provide necessary actions in case of any issues with respect to injection molding machines, and the accessories like MTC, HRC, materials feeding system, hydraulic, Servo Controller, EOT cranes etc. Preventive Maintenance Master Plan and Schedule Preparation. Carry out the Daily maintenance and verify its effectiveness of PM done. Update the Preventive maintenance work instruction and check sheet as when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the production equipment is available for full production.
• Troubleshooting knowledge in Electrical and Electronic circuits, Sensors, VFD, PLC, HMI, Vision system.
• Daily down time analysis for root cause identification by Why- Why and TPM tools.
• Regularly inspects equipment to identify potential problems, performs routine maintenance tasks, and assists with scheduled maintenance activities.
• Monitoring the MTTR, MTBF and machine uptime, control the setup scrape.
• Check the life of the pneumatic and hydraulic system and plan for change.
• Support the process team to reduce the in-process scrape.
• Plan and execute the preventive maintenance effectively and close the observation within the time period.
• Plan & execute the predictive maintenance based on the machine manual and failure.
• Plan for New project implementation, Design change.
• Independently manage end-to-end C&S Maintenance activities.
• Plan and execute both Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs effectively.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in Root Cause Analysis and implement appropriate Corrective Actions.
• Focus on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine availability and reduce spare part costs.
• Possess sound knowledge of C&S Spare Management.
• Good exposure in takeout Robots installation, Troubleshooting and Programing.

    Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical and Electronics
• 5+ years of experience in Injection Molding maintenance – Mechanical and Electrical.
• Good Maintenance knowledge in MTC, HRC, Material feeding system, take out robots, chillers,
• Strong ability to work under pressure, flexible, reliable, team players.
• Good trouble shooting knowledge in electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.
• Good knowledge in spare management preventive & Predictive maintenance.
