Project Management

• Enable the streams deliverables to plan, incl., facility/process design, supplier selection, FAT, SAT, qualification, handover, etc.
确保相关业务模块成果按计划交付，包括厂房/工艺设计、供应商选择、FAT、SAT、确认、移交等。
• Work with all stakeholders to achieve the defined project targets.
紧密与所有利益相关者合作，设计和交付项目目标。
• Support stream leaders to ensure the project management under AZ PMF framework, incl., reporting, escalating, communication, change management, etc.
支持相关业务模块负责人确保AZ PMF 框架下的项目管理，包括报告、升级、沟通、变更管理等。
• Conduct communications across client teams to share the progress of the project execution.
与用户团队进行沟通，分享项目实施的进展情况。

Utility system Operation &Maintenance
公用介质系统运行和维修

• Assist manager in developing management policies and rules for the utility team
协助制定公用介质部门管理策略及规则
• Responsible for the training of related engineers in the department
负责本部门相关工程师的培训工作
• Responsible and manage for utility system PM
负责和管理公用工程系统设备的预防性维修维护
• Predict potential breakdown and recover operation quickly and actively.
预测潜在故障，高标准快速的恢复设备运行， 并积极参与应急维修

• Develop and maintain work standard specification and process procedure
制定和维护技术标准和操作程序
• Perform facility program regarding repair and improvement on the existing mechanical facilities
执行现有设施相关更新及改造的计划
• Spare parts management and consumed record.
维修备件管理和领用记录
• Management of outsource provider team of utility team
对公用介质团队的服务商进行管理
• Manage and control all System operation parameter to ensure utility equipment run smoothly and efficiently
管理和控制EBI 和其它系统等的运行参数确保设备稳定高效运行
• Keep in touch with supplier of original media, such as electricity, steam and city water
与外部电力，自来水和蒸汽公司的联系协调
• Carry out function and performance test of HVAC control system according to SOP
定期进行控制系统功能测试
• Dispose feedback from internal customers related the media supply and other services
接报和处理工厂内部的介质供应事宜和其它服务需求

Utility Improvement Project
公用介质系统改善项目

• Responsible for utility system upgrade project to improve
equipment stability
负责公用工程系统的改造，设备优化工作，提升设备稳定性
• On-site coordination and quality supervision
现场协调及施工质量监督
• Inspect and control construction field unsafe behaviour
检查控制施工现场不安全行为

Assist In-groupadministration
协助班组管理

• Assist conduct or coach technician to carry out daily work within utility function, such as operation, maintenance, cleaning etc.
在运行职责范围内，协助组织和领导本组的日常工作， 例如操作、维护和清洁
• Assist communicate with technician & OSP on their performance
regularly for better work effectiveness
协助与技工和外包人员积极沟通，以提高其工作效率和积极性

Paperwork
文件工作

• Present reports on status and improvement of all utility equipment
提供设备运行状况和改进情况报告
• Initiate the modification plan for energy consumption decrease
起草节能降耗方面的改进计划
• SAP PM Notification and Order create and maintenance
SAP PM 通知单和订单的建立和维护
• Assist to update the relevant WI

Align with the CoC/SHE/GMP/Compliance related policy ,standards and

• Monitor maintenance activity satisfy GMP requirement

• Coordinate Deviation handling & Change management

• Coordinate with GMP audit relate to facility and utility media

配合支持公用介质相关的GMP 审计
• Complete all required training on COC/SHE/GMP/Compliance Policies and Standards within prescribed timeframes.
• 在规定时间内完成公司行为准则、SHE、GMP、合规相关的政
策及标准所要求的培训
• Conduct all business activities in compliance with the COC /SHE/
Compliance supporting Policies and Standards related to position
and responsibilities.

• Comply with the requirements in the letter of commitment on SHE

• College degree or above in HVAC field ，Mechanical field or relevant

• Minimum 7 years of relative professional working experience
