In this vital role, you will ensure that all project documentation is meticulously managed and maintained. Your expertise will support project teams in effectively organizing, tracking, and archiving important documents related to various projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Establishing and implementing efficient document control procedures and practices.
• Managing the lifecycle of all project documentation, including creation, revision, distribution, and archiving.
• Ensuring compliance with established standards and company policies.
• Collaborating with project managers and teams to facilitate access to documentation.
• Conducting regular audits of documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Training staff in document control systems and best practices.
• Providing updates and reports on document status to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in document control within the construction or engineering sectors.
• Strong proficiency in document management software and tools.
• A comprehensive understanding of document control standards and procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
