About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Director, Product Management to lead from our office in Berlin, Germany. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and executive presence to drive innovation across our organisation. The ideal candidate will own the strategy, scaling, and P&L growth of our offering, Telco-as-a-Service, while building and leading a high-performing product team. Additionally, the candidate will represent our solution at the executive level to partners and customers, ensuring their needs are met while fostering strong relationships. 

About the Responsibilities

• Own and set the long-term product vision and strategy for our platforms, APIs, and mobile products.   

• Build, mentor, and scale a team of product managers, setting the bar for product craft   

• Direct cross-functional teams across engineering, commercial, and operations to launch new products at scale   

• Partner with executive stakeholders and enterprise customers to shape the roadmap around their needs   

• Own commercial performance of the portfolio, including pricing, margin, and investment cases   

• Analyse market trends and competitor data to identify and prioritise new growth opportunities   

• Establish the operating model, metrics, and prioritisation rigour that governs delivery   

• Self-directed and comfortable operating with full autonomy and board-level accountability  

Requirements

About You

Must-haves

• 10+ years in software product management, including 4+ years leading product teams 

• A bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, Engineering, or a business-oriented field 

• Proven record of hiring, developing, and retaining product talent across distributed Agile teams 

• Deep expertise in API-led products and B2B/B2B2C platform businesses 

• Excellent executive communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills 

• Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems under tight deadlines 

• Strong commercial and data fluency; SQL knowledge is required 

• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English 

Nice-to-haves

• Senior leadership experience in the telecommunications or eSIM industry 

• Working proficiency in Portuguese 

• Holding an MBA degree
