Provides strategic leadership for portfolio and technology transformation across GQO & Corporate Functions, shaping an integrated agenda that advances enterprise priorities, standardization, and measurable business value across critical capabilities.

Serves as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology leaders, aligning strategic priorities, informing investment decisions, and advancing high-impact initiatives across EDT, GQO, and Corporate Functions.

Converts business strategy into a clear, multi-year transformation agenda that strengthens operating models, accelerates execution, and enhances enterprise performance.

Essential duties & responsibilities: (detailed description)

• Enterprise Transformation Leadership: Help set the strategic direction for technology transformation and acceleration across GQO & Corporate Functions, translating enterprise priorities into an integrated portfolio of initiatives that enhance process effectiveness, scalability, standardization, and business performance.

• Technology Acceleration Office: Lead the Technology Acceleration Office as the portfolio engine that runs delivery and execution readiness. Manage multiple workstreams and deliver sequenced multi-quarter roadmaps with cross-initiative dependencies. Produce execution-ready initiatives including scope, value, ROM cost, risks, and decisions needed. Develop business cases with estimated value in performance, headcount impact, level of effort, and time to value.

• Portfolio Strategy, Governance, and Prioritization: Lead a disciplined portfolio management capability across strategic programs and investments. Establish governance, prioritization frameworks, sequencing, dependency management, resource alignment, and performance oversight to ensure the portfolio remains aligned with enterprise strategy and delivers measurable value. Lead portfolio investment planning and financial stewardship, optimizing funding across strategic priorities to improve return on investment and cost efficiency.

• Transformation Governance and Operating Model Leadership: Design and lead governance mechanisms, operating cadences, and decision forums that strengthen portfolio transparency, accountability, and execution discipline. Ensure alignment across strategy, delivery, architecture, data, finance, and change management to enable successful transformation outcomes.

• Executive Stakeholder Partnership, Engagement, and Communications: Cultivate trusted partnerships with senior business, functional, and technology leaders to align priorities, manage expectations, and drive shared accountability for portfolio outcomes. Provide executive leadership with clear portfolio insights, progress updates, and strategic recommendations that support informed decision-making, transparency, and effective management of risks, tradeoffs, and investment priorities.

• Roadmap Development and Delivery Oversight: Develop and govern multi-year roadmaps across GQO & Corporate Functions, ensuring initiatives are well defined, decision ready, and positioned for successful execution. Lead cross-functional coordination to manage interdependencies, mitigate risk, resolve issues, and accelerate delivery across a complex portfolio.

• Portfolio Roadmap and Financial Stewardship: Manage and optimize portfolio roadmaps, interdependencies, launch cadences, and technology budgets across the business to enable efficient, scalable, and innovative digital products and services. Partner with PMO leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to align dependent programs, manage resources, drive cost efficiencies, and support data-based portfolio investment decisions.

• Value Realization and Continuous Improvement: Define success measures, business outcomes, and value realization plans for major initiatives. Monitor portfolio performance, recommend strategic course corrections, and continuously strengthen planning, governance, and delivery practices to maximize enterprise impact and adoption.

• Project and Program Management Team Leadership: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of project and program managers that drives execution discipline, strengthens delivery standards, promotes accountability, and enables consistent, measurable outcomes across the transformation portfolio.

Education & special trainings:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field required. Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. A master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• Specialized training in portfolio management, strategic planning, transformation leadership, organizational change, or enterprise governance is desirable.

• Specialized training in enterprise platforms, ERP ecosystems, data strategy, digital process transformation, or AI-enabled business transformation is desirable.

Qualifications & experience:

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology strategy, enterprise transformation, portfolio leadership, or corporate function technology enablement, including 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.

• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale portfolios and transformation programs across multiple functions or business units.

• Experience establishing or leading portfolio management offices, transformation offices, or enterprise governance structures.

• Proven ability to influence senior executives and build effective partnerships across business and technology organizations.

• Strong understanding of enterprise business processes, operating models, and enabling technologies across GQO and Corporate Functions environments.

• Experience with enterprise data strategy, AI-enabled transformation, and scalable technology solutions preferred.

• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or other regulated industries is strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with enterprise platforms, ERP ecosystems, workflow technologies, and portfolio reporting tools is preferred.

• Experience working with strategic consulting partners and cross-functional delivery teams is preferred.

• USN: $179,100 - $298,500 USD Annual
• US10: $197,000 - $328,400 USD Annual
• US15: $206,000 - $343,300 USD Annual
• US20: $214,900 - $358,200 USD Annual
