YOUR MISSION

• Provide expert guidance to our Business Units and supply partners, ensuring a seamless transition from prototype to production.
• Be the driving force behind bringing new products to market. Work closely with overseas team and factory partners, communicating product ideas and issues to ensure the highest quality of footwear is delivered to customers. Manage development projects from start to finish, from receiving tech packages to preparing samples and creating tech system confirmation specs with the guidance of the Team Leader Development.
• Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely shipping documents and tracking reports, making sure every step of the process runs smoothly. Play a key role in influencing product quality to meet the highest standards during each phase of sampling.

Tasks:

• Order from HQ and work with Development team and factories         30%
• Working with factories on the delivery date when placing order         20%
• Order summary / outstanding report to factory once a week            10%
• Checking shipping document before delivery                         15%
• Checking the shipping details in the sample system and debit note after sample delivery                                                          25%

YOUR TALENT

• College or University graduated.
• At least 5-6 years working experience in shoe industry for Development.
• Be good at related office software (word, excel, PowerPoint, CAD).
• Passion to provide solution.
• Good communication skill.
• Based in Putian.
