Your role in a nutshell

In this role, you’ll work across a range of print and digital design projects, bringing creative concepts to life through high-quality, production-ready design. You’ll work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors and the Studio team, while helping guide other designers and maintain high design standards. Experience in shopper marketing or commerce would be highly regarded and well suited to the work you’ll be doing in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Work across multiple design briefs and deliver high-quality work across print and digital.
• Develop layouts, presentations, illustrations, logos and other creative assets.
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all deliverables.
• Act as the bridge between Creative and Studio, translating concepts into production-ready assets.
• Develop a strong understanding of client brands, guidelines and business objectives.
• Proactively contribute to the creative process and bring ideas to the table.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal oversight.
• Share best practices and provide guidance to other designers.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools and new technologies.

Required Experience/Skills/Capabilities

• Strong experience across graphic design, print and digital.
• Experience in shopper marketing / commerce would be a plus.
• Solid conceptual and design skills with strong multimedia knowledge.
• Excellent communication, presentation and prioritisation skills.
• Strong organisation, time management and self-management skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of current design trends and technologies.
• Previous experience mentoring or providing guidance to other designers is highly desirable.
