ABOUT THE ROLE
Retell AI transforms customer experience with voice AI for enterprises, including customers like CVS/Aetna, American Airlines, Lenovo, and Grab. We have more customer stories than we can tell!
We're hiring our first Senior Deal Desk Manager to design how to Retell prices, approve, and close enterprise deals. You'll report directly to the founder and work daily in Sales, Finance, and Legal. Our usage-based pricing is still taking shape, and the deals you structure will shape it.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
This hire owns fast, profitable deal approvals from quote to cash.
Structure and approve non-standard deals (discounts, usage commits, per-minute pricing, payment terms) in hours, not days
Build the discount approval matrix and pricing guardrails, and model deal margin before every approval
Run quote-to-cash across CRM, CPQ, Legal handoff, and billing
Report weekly on cycle time, discount levels, and win rate, and automate approvals where possible
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must have:
4+ years in deal desk, pricing, or sales/revenue operations at a B2B SaaS company
Experience owning an end to end enterprise process for deals over $300K is required
Hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot and a CPQ tool
Experience at a VC-backed SaaS/AI company or a big tech/large SaaS company
Nice to have:
Experience with usage-based or consumption pricing
Built a deal desk function from scratch
SQL or scripting skills to automate reporting and approvals

JOB DETAILS
Cash: $185,000 - $225,000
Equity: 4-year vest / 1-year cliff
Location: Redwood City, California (Relocation support provided)
US Visas: Retell AI is open to sponsoring work authorization for qualified candidates, including H-1B, TN, L-1, E-3, and F-1 (OPT/CPT).
