  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve efficiency, and enhance data accessibility for business stakeholders.
  • Build strong partnerships with Compliance, Finance, Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, MGA Operations, Applications, and Data Engineering teams.
  • Effectively communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Develop clear narratives that connect data insights to regulatory, operational, and business outcomes.
  • Challenge assumptions, provide data-driven recommendations, and influence prioritization of data and reporting initiatives.
  • Champion data governance practices and contribute to the development of data standards, controls, documentation, and definitions.
  • Establish and enhance data quality monitoring processes within assigned domains.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for analytical methodologies, reporting practices, and regulatory data requirements.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to analysts by reviewing analytical approaches, sharing best practices, and supporting professional development.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and analytical excellence.

Qualifications & Experience Required
