Senior CVM & Marketing Analytics – Banking
- 7+ years of experience in Banking CVM, Customer Marketing, or Marketing Analytics.
- Strong experience in customer segmentation, cross-sell modelling, campaign eligibility, uplift, and incrementality measurement.
- Must have solid experience in the Banking industry.
- Experience in designing and measuring banking marketing campaigns end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of banking commercial drivers, including:
- Product holding & cross-sell
- Deposit & balance growth
- Lending & card propensity
- New-to-bank acquisition
- Experience owning CVM use cases such as:
- Cross-sell
- Card activation & usage
- Balance growth
- Silent attrition
- Lifecycle & transaction triggers
- Good understanding of marketing eligibility and regulatory requirements, including suitability, affordability, credit gating, and auditability.
- Strong experience in control group design and incrementality measurement.
- SQL knowledge is required.
- Nice to have:
- Islamic Banking experience
- Customer Data Platform / Campaign Management Platform experience
- Experience working with Engineering teams to define customer attributes and segments.
