In this pivotal role, you will be the dedicated CRM owner for LeasingMarkt. Working closely with the AutoScout24 CRM Lead, you will define the CRM strategy and roadmap, identify the highest-impact lifecycle opportunities, and drive customer engagement across Email, App Push and WhatsApp.

You will partner with Product and Engineering stakeholders to turn customer and business insights into measurable improvements in activation, engagement, lead generation and retention.

Your role

As Senior CRM Manager for LeasingMarkt, you will combine strategic ownership with hands-on delivery. You will independently shape CRM priorities and the roadmap, while personally designing, launching and optimizing campaigns, customer journeys and lifecycle communications.

This is a senior individual contributor role with a high degree of autonomy. As the dedicated CRM owner for the business, you will need to operate confidently in ambiguity, make sound prioritization decisions, communicate clearly with senior stakeholders, and take end-to-end responsibility for CRM performance and development.

CRM ecosystem / platform context

A key priority will be supporting LeasingMarkt’s migration from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Iterable, helping ensure a smooth transition and business continuity while creating a more scalable foundation for automation, personalization and experimentation.

Beyond the migration, your mission is to detect growth lever and build the CRM strategy plan to implement them. Migration experience is valuable, but the lasting success of the role will come from your ability to build, run and optimize CRM as an end-to-end growth lever.

What you'll do 

• Own the CRM roadmap: Define and execute the CRM strategy for LeasingMarkt, aligning CRM initiatives with business objectives and customer lifecycle priorities.  

• Own and optimize CRM engagement: Manage the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel CRM communications across Email, WhatsApp, and App Push. Continuously improve engagement, conversion, and retention by optimizing campaigns, customer journeys, and lifecycle communications.  

• Drive personalization and lifecycle marketing: Develop audience growth strategies, build meaningful customer segments, and design personalized lifecycle journeys (e.g. onboarding, lead nurturing, re-engagement, and retention) to increase customer engagement and conversion.  

• Lead the Salesforce Marketing Cloud → Iterable migration: Own the migration from planning through implementation, journey design, QA, testing, launch, and post-migration optimization, while ensuring business continuity.  

• Drive CRM innovation: Identify and champion new opportunities in automation, AI, and personalization to continuously enhance the customer experience and scale CRM performance. 

• Measure and improve performance: Monitor CRM health through dashboards and KPIs, analyze campaign performance, run A/B tests, and translate insights into actionable improvements.  

• Collaborate across teams: Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Analysts, and Marketing stakeholders to deliver CRM initiatives and continuously improve the customer experience. 

What you bring 

• You bring at least 5 years of substantial hands-on experience in B2C CRM / Lifecycle Marketing, ideally in multi-channel environments, with evidence of increasing ownership, complexity, and end-to-end responsibility.

• Experience with CRM / marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Braze); migration experience is a plus. 

• You are comfortable operating with a high degree of independence. You will be the dedicated CRM manager for the LeasingMarkt brand—working from a different location than the central CRM team (based in Berlin)—and can confidently shape strategy, execute campaigns, and drive results end-to-end. 

• You can switch easily between strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You enjoy designing long-term CRM strategies just as much as creating and shipping day-to-day campaigns. 

• You have strong campaign execution skills to take campaigns from idea to send. 

• Comfortable with data and dashboards to measure impact and prioritize improvements. 

• Structured, proactive working style and confidence working with multiple stakeholders. 

• You are fluent in English (our working language). German proficiency is a plus.
