Work closely with Creative, Editorial and Sales teams to develop effective creative approaches that meet client objectives and audience needs.
Manage production documentation and administration in collaboration with the Production Coordinator, including contracts, invoices and supplier onboarding.
Work closely with Finance to monitor spend, manage reconciliations, ensure timely payments and flag potential budget or margin issues.
Maintain clear communication with internal teams, clients, talent and suppliers, proactively managing risks and resolving production challenges.
Support Sales and Creative with pitches, creative proposals, production approaches and budget estimates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with freelancers, production companies and external suppliers, negotiating competitive rates where possible.
Identify opportunities to improve production workflows, resource management and overall efficiency.
