THE ROLE

Help Germany’s leading automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers move from storage-centric thinking to a modern data platform that turns their data into measurable business outcomes. As a senior Consulting Systems Engineer (Client Technical Director), you’ll be the technical voice of Everpure with our Strategic Accounts in southern Germany and selected global automotive accounts. You’ll work with C-suite leaders, developers and storage teams, and partner with our Enterprise and Field pre-sales and account teams to shape strategy, solutions and commercial models. This is a front-line role in Everpure’s growth business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Define end-to-end solutions and use cases for German and global automotive customers, from production and supply chain to digital services and connected vehicles. Each one maps Everpure’s portfolio and partner ecosystem to a client’s business model and delivers clear, measurable outcomes.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with C-suite leaders, business managers, developers and storage admins at strategic accounts. You’ll turn their goals and challenges into quantified, outcome-based opportunities, including TCO and financial models that link our benefits to their vision.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, alliances and global integrators to position, shape and close competitive deals. You’ll also create the presentations, demonstrations, proofs of concept and joint offerings that move those deals forward.
• Shape Everpure’s automotive strategy and roadmap by tracking trends such as software-defined vehicles, ADAS/AD, Industry 4.0, sustainability, data sovereignty and AI. You’ll bring customer and competitive insight back to Product and Go-to-Market teams.
• Mentor the local and regional Systems Engineering team, represent Everpure at industry events and communities, and champion an inclusive, customer-first culture that attracts and retains diverse technical talent.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Deep technical command of infrastructure and data (storage, compute, databases, networking, virtualisation and cloud-native architectures), with a clear view of how they support mission-critical automotive and manufacturing workloads. You can translate that into simple, business-relevant language.
• A thorough understanding of the automotive value chain (OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, production plants, logistics and digital services) and the commercial and disruptive trends shaping it. You also have the credibility and relationships to engage strategic German automotive accounts.
• The gravitas, emotional intelligence and diplomacy to present to the boardroom, run workshops, and work with developers and storage operations teams. You build empathy-led value propositions and have business-fluent English and native-level German.
• The financial and commercial acumen to build and explain TCO and business-case models, and the curiosity to keep learning and invest at least 10% of your time in training, certifications and community events.
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Munich office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
