Senior Consultant (m/w/d) – Value & Risk Advisory

Das erwartet Dich

• Durchführen von Bewertungen von Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien

• Anwendung nationaler und internationaler Bewertungsverfahren und -standards (RICS, IVSC, TEGoVA, ImmoWertV & BelWertV)

• Durchführung von Objektbesichtigungen

• Erstellen von Objekt-, Markt- und Standortanalysen

• Erstellen von Wertgutachten in deutscher und englischer Sprache

• Agieren in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld für unsere nationalen und internationalen Kunden

Was Du mitbringen solltest

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im Bereich Immobilienwirtschaft, BWL, VWL, Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur o.ä.
• Erste Schritte in Richtung MRICS / HypZert F Qualifikation eingeleitet oder aber MRICS / HypZert F bereits erlangt

• 2-3 Jahre Praxiserfahrung in der Immobilienbewertung

• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel) sowie Englischkenntnisse

• Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, hohes Engagement, Motivation und Ambitionen

• Freude an der gemeinsamen Arbeit im Team und eine hohe Kundenorientierung

• Leidenschaft und Begeisterung für die Immobilienwirtschaft
