This open position is for Armanino India LLP, which is located in India. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

 

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records for syndicated loans and private debt investments.
• Process new trades, settlements, fundings, paydowns, restructurings, PIKs, rollovers, conversions, and other loan lifecycle events.
• Review and confirm trade activity and funding transactions.
• Process daily notices received from agent banks.
• Analyze loan agreements and legal documents to extract key loan terms and attributes.
• Reconcile cash and position balances daily.
• Ensure accurate booking of investment-related cash activity.
• Support NAV production by providing loan-related reporting to fund accounting teams.
• Maintain investment data across the systems.
• Prepare and distribute operational reports supporting portfolio accounting and valuation processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Loan Administration and Middle Office Operations.
• Expertise in syndicated bank loans, private credit, direct lending, middle-market lending, and corporate bonds.
• Strong familiarity with loan accounting and servicing platforms.  Experience working with platforms such as Allvue Investment Accounting/Black Mountain, WSO, Geneva or similar investment operations systems would be considered an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
