This is a rare thing in ad sales: you’ll be KICK’s first Senior Client Partner in EMEA. There’s no book to inherit. You’ll map the region, choose where we start and decide how KICK goes to market with agencies and advertisers, with a real say in what the product becomes.

What you’ll build with us:
Open the EMEA market for KICK and own the revenue number. You’ll go beyond the media buy, into sponsorships and branded integrations campaigns.

This is a full-time opportunity based in London. You’ll work from home, but you won’t be working alone. You’ll be out in the market with agencies and advertisers, and closely connected to our Australian and Serbian teams as we build KICK’s EMEA presence together.

Creators stream on KICK across gaming, talk shows, podcasts, IRL, sport and events.

The impact you’ll make:

• Own and deliver revenue targets across video, display and native inventory
• Open the holding groups and the advertisers behind them, building trusted relationships from planning teams up to C-level
• Lead data driven strategy and storytelling, translating complex performance data into clear insights, recommendations, and narratives that influence senior decision makers and unlock upsell and cross sell opportunities.
• Build KICK’s EMEA commercial story, using the audience, category and data-led proof points that get us onto plans
• Negotiate annual trading agreements, master agreements and multi-year spend commitments
• Own the pipeline and forecast, and grow the region year on year through retention, share of wallet and new accounts
• Mentor the team as it grows, and set the standard for how KICK sells in the region, and foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Your track record:

• 9+ years in digital media sales, with a proven record of owning and delivering a holding group or regional revenue number
• Established relationships across EMEA agency groups, independents and key advertisers
• Experience negotiating trading agreements and multi-year commitments at holding group level, and presenting to senior agency and client stakeholders
• Working knowledge of programmatic (PMPs, programmatic guaranteed, and DSP and SSP mechanics)
• Familiarity with CRM and order management systems (Boostr is a plus)
• Comfort building without an established process, in a function and region that are both being built

Bonus points if you also have:

• Experience with creator networks, streaming, live broadcasting, entertainment or gaming platforms
• Relationships with programmatic buyers and brand-direct advertisers
