We are seeking a commercially minded and client-focused Senior Client Consultant to manage and grow a portfolio of Trade Organizations, Government Agencies, Academic Institutions, and other public-sector clients across Southeast Asia.

This role is responsible for driving client retention, renewals, engagement, and portfolio growth across an established base of strategic accounts. Working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will help clients maximize the value of Euromonitor's market intelligence, data, and advisory solutions to support policy development, trade promotion, economic research, business development, and strategic decision-making.

The successful candidate will be a highly consultative relationship manager with a proven ability to build trusted partnerships, understand evolving client needs, and position Euromonitor as a strategic partner. Success in this role will be measured through strong retention performance, client satisfaction, stakeholder engagement, and the identification of growth opportunities within existing accounts.

You will play a critical role in strengthening long-term client relationships, driving product adoption, expanding stakeholder networks, and delivering sustainable revenue growth across the Trade, Government, and Academic sectors in Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Trade, Government, and Academic accounts across Southeast Asia, with responsibility for retention, renewals, and revenue growth.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor and ensuring clients maximize the value of Euromonitor's solutions.
• Lead renewal strategies and commercial negotiations to secure long-term partnerships and consistently achieve retention targets.
• Identify and drive account growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and expanded adoption of Euromonitor's products and services.
• Proactively manage account health, mitigate renewal risks, and strengthen client engagement through regular business reviews and value-driven conversations.
• Expand stakeholder relationships within client organizations and develop multi-threaded engagement across decision-makers, budget owners, and end users.
• Collaborate with Consulting, Research, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to deliver an exceptional client experience and achieve portfolio objectives.
• Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, and pipeline activity within CRM systems.

Requirements

• Right to work in Singapore
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Account Management, Client Success, Relationship Management, or consultative B2B sales, ideally within market intelligence, research, data, analytics, consulting, SaaS, or subscription-based services.
• Experience managing relationships with government agencies, trade organisations, academic institutions, or other public sector stakeholders.
• Proven track record of retaining and growing existing client portfolios while achieving commercial targets.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across multiple levels of an organisation.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and convert growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Experience managing renewals, contract discussions, and strategic account planning.
• Fluency in English with additional Southeast Asia language (s) will be an added advantage but not essential
