What You ‘ll Be Doing:
- Design, develop, implement and support chemical processes, according to the requirements of the company’s production operations and the products’ technical data package.
- Produce cost estimates and prepare technical studies/proposals.
- Investigate and select required tools and equipment.
- Provide technical support to subcontractors and participate in relevant audits in cooperation with Quality Assurance.
- Lead by example and willing to go the extra mile.

Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s/University’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemical & Process Engineering.
- 5+ years of proven experience in chemical/process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Practical knowledge of one or more of the following processes:
- Metal surface treatment, particularly aluminum alloys
- Metal surface preparation and application of liquid protective paint systems.
- Application of conformal coating on electronic assemblies.
- Application of bonding and sealant materials.
- Understanding of production costs and cost-benefit principles.
- Ability to obtain security clearance by relevant authorities
- Excellent command of English, with the ability to understand complex technical documentation.
Desired:
- A post-graduate degree within the scope of the role.
- Previous practical experience of an ERP, ideally SAP system.
- Previous experience in the defense sector.
- Previous experience in investigating and implementing continuous process improvement.
