Why good activation people stop scrolling

You'll work at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Technical and Field Teams, helping shape how one of Australia's most recognised paint brands engages professional customers across the country.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Trade, you'll lead Trade Activation across Australia, developing the programs, tools and customer experiences that help drive customer acquisition and retention, increase share of wallet, grow customer loyalty, specification and business growth.

You'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Technical teams, lead customer events, develop lead capture and nurture programs, and coach a dedicated Channel Activation Specialist.

You'll spend less time reacting to requests and more time building the plan.

Less time managing activity and more time driving outcomes.

PPG has invested heavily in its Trade business and has ambitious plans for 2027.

Experience within paint, coatings, hardware, construction or building products will be highly regarded. It's not essential.
