Key Contributions

Compensation & Benefits

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll in coordination with payroll vendors and Finance.
• Administer compensation, benefits, insurance, social insurance (SI), PIT, and statutory compliance.
• Support salary benchmarking, annual salary reviews, promotions, and compensation analysis.
• Manage employee lifecycle administration including contracts, probation, confirmations, transfers, and offboarding.
• Ensure HR policies and C&B practices comply with Vietnam labor laws and company guidelines.
• Prepare HR reports, headcount, labor costs, and people analytics for management.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with external vendors for payroll, insurance, work permits, and labor compliance.
• Support HR audits and ensure operational excellence across HR processes.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR systems, SOPs, and HR operational workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience specifically in Compensation & Benefits, with strong experience in payroll and statutory C&B operations.
• Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks, salary structures, benchmarking, and C&B practices.
• Good/Fluent English communication is mandatory.
• Experience thriving in fast-paced or scaling environments (technology sector preferred).
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• A strategic thinker with strong execution capability; hands-on, adaptable, and commercially driven.
