Procurement Execution & Order Management

• Purchase Order Processing: Convert requisitions into Purchase Orders (POs), manage internal approval workflows, and issue POs to vendors.
• Delivery & Fulfillment Tracking: Secure order confirmations, maintain system promise dates in Oracle, and track shipments through inspection and inventory placement.
• Order Modifications & Exceptions: Manage reschedules and cancellations based on exception reporting, collaborating with Global Supply Management (GSM) to negotiate non-standard changes.

Supply Chain Planning & Demand Allocation

• Forecast Alignment: Review weekly Material Requirements Planning (MRP) outputs to adjust open orders to true demand.
• Dual-Source Allocation: Execute allocation strategies for dual-sourced components, directing demand splits to target suppliers.
• Shortage Mitigation: Track critical shortages and present weekly risk mitigation reports to executive materials leadership.

Strategic Supplier & Master Data Governance

• Master Data Management: Maintain item master attributes within Product Data Hub (PDH), including pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs), Approved Vendor Lists (AVLs), and lead times.
• Quarterly Price Adjustments: Coordinate with Finance and Global Supply Management (GSM) to update quarterly pricing matrices, contract manufacturing quotes, and volume adjustments.
• Supplier Onboarding & Evaluation: Facilitate new supplier onboarding in Ariba and submit quarterly Supplier Business Reviews (SBRs) evaluating delivery and operational responsiveness.

Financial Operations & Supplier Quality

• Invoice & Payment Resolution: Manage Accounts Payable invoice holds, oversee Transcepta portal adoption, and process pre-payments.
• Defect & Returns Management (RMA): Partner with Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) to process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs), securing component replacements or credit notes.
• Reporting & Compliance: Maintain weekly excess inventory tracking and align operational performance with organizational targets (Hoshin KPIs).

Qualifications

• 5+ years Global Purchasing experience and related disciplines
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field with major coursework in Supply Chain management or equivalent
• Good English communication skill
• Proficient in Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel –manipulating data, exporting and extracting data for the purpose of report creation.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and coordinating skill.
• Able to work under pressure.
