Über diese Senior Business Development Representative (Full-Cycle) Stelle bei CrewBloom
CrewBloom helps US companies in Healthcare, Legal, Finance, and other service industries build and scale remote teams with top talent. As our Senior BDR, you’ll own the entire sales cycle. You’ll find the prospect, open the conversation, run discovery, present the solution, and close the deal.
This is a hunter role with a closer’s finish. You’ll build your own pipeline through cold calls, personalized email, and LinkedIn, then guide US business owners and executives all the way to a signed agreement. If you love both the chase and the close, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Research and prospect US-based companies that could benefit from remote staffing, using hiring signals, industry trends, and account research.
- Run multi-channel outbound campaigns (cold calling, email, LinkedIn) aimed at Founders, Owners, C-Suite, VPs, Directors, and HR and Operations leaders.
- Lead Discovery Calls to uncover hiring challenges, staffing gaps, operational needs, and growth plans.
- Present tailored remote staffing solutions and demonstrate clear ROI in cost efficiency, scalability, and growth.
- Handle objections at every stage, from the first call through pricing and contract.
- Negotiate terms and close new client agreements.
- Manage your full pipeline in the CRM, keeping activity, deal stages, and forecasts accurate.
- Partner with recruiting and operations to ensure a smooth handoff once a client signs.
- Balance outreach volume with personalization so every touch is relevant.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years in B2B sales with proven full-cycle experience: prospecting, cold calling, qualification, discovery, demos or presentations, negotiation, and closing.
- A track record of hitting or beating quota. Be ready to share numbers.
- Real cold-calling and closing experience with US prospects.
- Near-native or fluent English with a clear, neutral accent, spoken and written. US executives should feel like they’re talking to a trusted advisor.
- Proven ability to sell to senior decision-makers such as founders, C-Suite, and HR and Ops leaders.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, prospecting tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar), and a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho).
- Strong account research skills and the ability to write outreach that doesn’t sound like a template.
- Self-starter who can manage a high-volume pipeline and a full deal cycle independently.
Nice to have
- Experience selling staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, BPO, or professional services.
- Experience selling into US Healthcare, Legal, or Finance.
