We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Senior Business Consultant to join our Data Analytics and AI Unit team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise in the area of Data, Analytics and AI solution portfolio.

This role offers exposure across the entire customer lifecycle, from customer engagement and solution shaping to proposal management, project coordination, and successful delivery.

For the Senior Business Consultant position, we expect you to:

• Engage with customers to understand business challenges, objectives, and requirements.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear solution requirements and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Engineers, Project Managers, and Delivery Teams to ensure successful solution design and implementation.
• Support the shaping of Data, Analytics, AI, and Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate proposal, RFP, and bid response activities, ensuring customer requirements are fully addressed.
• Prepare business cases, presentations, solution overviews, and customer-facing deliverables.
• Monitor actions, risks, dependencies, and key decisions across projects and customer engagements.
• Support project delivery, business validation, and customer adoption activities.
• Contribute to internal best practices, reusable assets, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Information Technology or equivalent; MSc or PhD in a relevant domain is a strong plus
• 5–7 years of experience in solutions management, presales, or technical consulting in Data, Analytics, AI, or Cloud domains
• Hands-on familiarity with analytics platforms and concepts — BI, advanced analytics, ML pipelines, or data engineering workflows
• Exposure to AI and Generative AI solutions — whether through client engagements, vendor certifications, or internal projects
• Knowledge of business, finance, and management principles with the ability to build and defend a business case
• Certifications on relevant platforms (Microsoft, Databricks, Google Cloud, AWS, Oracle or similar) are a significant asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skills — teamwork, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and confident decision-making under ambiguity
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• A genuine curiosity for emerging technologies and a drive to continuously grow
