As a Senior Associate in Workforce Solutions - Rewards, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate their transformation challenges by developing compensation strategies through analysis of industry benchmarks, company policies, and employee performance. Within our Digital Core Modernization practice, you will specialize in providing comprehensive consulting services related to total rewards, compensation programs, and employee benefits. You will work closely with clients to design competitive and equitable compensation structures and develop cost-effective benefits packages.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to build meaningful client relationships and anticipate their needs. You will guide and mentor others, using critical thinking to analyze complex concepts and interpret feedback. Your role involves navigating increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand, and deepening your technical skills. You will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, asking questions and using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will engage with client leadership to translate workforce insights into actionable business recommendations, demonstrating the link between people strategy and performance outcomes. You will lead and evaluate business data to draw conclusions and develop insightful rewards strategies and solutions.

Responsibilities

- Lead the design and delivery of strategic Rewards solutions across compensation, benefits, incentives, job evaluation, and equity programs, aligned to business goals and long-term value creation.

- Analyze market, workforce, and organizational data to develop actionable Rewards strategies, provide leadership recommendations, and drive performance outcomes.

- Manage end-to-end Rewards projects by overseeing risks, KPIs, methodologies, stakeholder engagement, thought leadership, and client proposal development.
- Analyzing client compensation strategies to develop competitive and equitable reward structures
- Designing and implementing comprehensive benefits packages that align with client objectives
- Collaborating with client leadership to translate workforce insights into actionable recommendations
- Leading the development of job architecture frameworks and executive pay packages
- Evaluating market and organizational data to assess the impact of compensation decisions
- Developing global guidelines and methodologies that support business strategy and vision
- Engaging in benchmarking studies to inform compensation and benefits strategies
- Utilizing analytical tools like Alteryx and Tableau to enhance data-driven decision-making
- Preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations
- Supporting practice leadership with client proposals and thought leadership initiatives

What You Must Have

- Relevant experience of 4 to 7 years in Total Rewards

- Design and optimize compensation frameworks including variable pay programs, job evaluations, salary structures, and integration of acquired workforce roles.
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
