Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic professional to join our Global Digital Marketing team as the Senior Associate of Organic Search. In this critical role, you will be driving Unisys' digital marketing success by managing, optimizing, and expanding our organic search efforts. This role requires a data-driven mindset, curiosity, and an in-depth understanding of the fundamentals of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and GEO/AI Search. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to align visibility strategies with business objectives and elevate our online presence and search results.
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize organic search efforts to increase search visibility in Google and Bing, as well as LLMs.
Regularly monitor organic visibility, traffic and performance and report out to stakeholders accordingly.
Provide recommendations for keyword targets, internal linking, content adjustments and best practices.
Ensure the technical SEO health of Unisys.com by performing crawls and monitoring Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.
Identify opportunities to expand public relations and other newsworthy activities to generate backlinks.
Collaborate with agency partners that manage paid search to develop efficient search coverage and share insights.
Generate actionable insights through in-depth analysis of campaign data and create regular performance reports.
Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and ad platform dashboards.
Partner with the Sr. Manager of Paid Media to develop and refine organic search strategies that align with Unisys’ overall marketing goals.
Work closely with content creators, developers, and web team to ensure SEO best practices are in place as new pages are developed and launched.
Coordinate with other digital marketing channels (e.g., Media, Social, SEM, email) for an integrated approach.
Stay current with updates and best practices for SEO and GEO.
Experiment with cutting edge techniques in SEO to improve performance.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience managing organic search.
Proficiency with SEMRush, Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.
Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
Certification in digital marketing is preferred.
