As a Senior Associate_Netsuite Technical, you will play a pivotal role in our Digital Finance team, helping finance organizations leverage enterprise technology to achieve their digital goals and capitalize on business opportunities. Within our Oracle consulting practice, you will assist clients in defining and executing their Finance Systems Strategies, utilizing Oracle-NetSuite to address business challenges and drive success in the finance sector. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will support finance transformation initiatives that blend finance and technology consulting. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, allowing you to make informed insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

- Design and customize NetSuite ERP modules to align with client requirements

- Navigate the complexities of ERP implementation and support
- Supporting finance transformation initiatives by leveraging Oracle-NetSuite technology
- Collaborating with clients to define and execute Finance Systems Strategies
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex finance and technology concepts
- Managing project delivery and integration within the finance technology landscape
- Developing and maintaining project documentation to support finance technology implementations
- Engaging in business process improvement and standardization efforts
- Applying agile methodology to enhance project management tracking and delivery
- Providing technical consultation and stakeholder management for finance technology projects
- Embracing change and fostering innovation in enterprise software solutions
- Building meaningful client connections and anticipating their needs in finance technology projects

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree in computer science/Information Technology, BCA/MCA, BSc/MSc in computer science
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems, Information Technology
- At least one of the following: NetSuite certification in ERP, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFoundation, or related NetSuite application domains

- Proven experience in implementing and supporting NetSuite ERP

- Demonstrating functional understanding of NetSuite modules

- Possessing knowledge of web technologies like HTML and JavaScript
- Navigating complex business environments with analytical thinking
- Utilizing Agile methodology for efficient project delivery
- Developing business process improvement strategies
- Managing stakeholder relationships effectively
- Implementing enterprise software solutions
