As a Senior Associate – Identity & Access Management (IAM L3), you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding sensitive data and managing user identities within our Cybersecurity practice. Your work will involve designing and implementing strategies to confirm secure and efficient access to systems and data for employees and clients. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will leverage your skills to respond effectively to diverse perspectives and needs, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will contribute to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing identity and access management strategies to protect sensitive information
- Managing user identities and access rights using tools like Azure Active Directory and CyberArk Management
- Developing secure systems and processes to prevent unauthorized access and data breaches
- Collaborating with clients to understand their cybersecurity needs and provide tailored solutions
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify vulnerabilities and propose proactive measures
- Integrating encryption technologies and identity-based encryption to enhance data security
- Overseeing the deployment of federated identity management and role-based access control systems
- Conducting vulnerability management and IT risk assessments to strengthen security frameworks
- Creating technical documentation and system requirements specifications for identity management solutions
- Mentoring junior team members and guiding them in cybersecurity best practices and methodologies
- Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection
- Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Hands on IAM operations, technical project management and client service
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to identity governance and access management, including CISSP, CIAM, Microsoft Identity, SailPoint, or equivalent IAM credentials
- Navigating complex cybersecurity environments with a focus on identity and access management
- Utilizing Azure Active Directory and CyberArk Management for enhanced security solutions
- Developing strategies for federated identity management and identity verification
- Embracing change and demonstrating learning agility in cybersecurity practices
- Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations in client engagements
