YOUR MISSION

Reports to: Facility Manager

Location: Attibele warehouse

Position Summary: He is responsible for the end-to-end facility management and administration of warehouse facilities, ensuring safe, compliant, cost-effective and uninterrupted operations. The role will manage infrastructure, utilities, housekeeping, security, statutory compliance, vendor management, maintenance, facility projects and employee/visitor services.

Key Objectives:

• Manage day-to-day facility & Safety operations of warehouse premises.
• Ensure availability and reliability of essential services including electrical systems, DG, UPS, HVAC, STP, WTP, fire protection systems, lighting, plumbing and building infrastructure
• Coordinate with warehouse/operations teams to ensure minimum disruption to business operations and monitor facility OPEX/CAPEX budgets.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities in direct materials procurement, engineered/designed goods, inventory management, shop-floor practices, contracts/services procurement & administration without compromising quality.
• Manage AMC contracts for DG, UPS, HVAC, fire systems, electrical systems, CCTV, STP/WTP, elevators, pest control, etc.
• Manage end to end contracts from RFP/RFI/RFQ development, SOW creation to due diligence and commercial negotiations (in coordination with the procurement and legal teams) with new vendors.
• Monitor vendors and service provider's performance regularly to ensure quality of service/ delivery within specified timelines.
• Develop SOPs for all facility and administration related activities (like employee/vendor/visitor entry, housekeeping process, security response etc.)
• Exposure to FM Global / ISO / customer / sustainability audits.
• Coordinate statutory inspections, renewals and certificates such as Fire NOC, Electrical approvals, Pollution Control Board consents, DG compliance and other applicable licenses.
• Track monthly expenses against budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure effective risk management process is in place e.g., Fire, statutory compliances, Electrical Inspections etc.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health, safety, security, and environment (HSSE) and vendor training
  

KPIs and qualitative measures

• Should be Experienced with Facility & Safety SOPs
• Good MS Excel and MIS/reporting skills.

Eligibility Criteria And Functional Competencies Required:

• Graduation/Engineering degree with at least 5 -7 years of experience in Warehousing & Real estate
• Positive attitude and dedicated.
• Should have time management skills.
• Honest with strong integrity.
