As the Senior Analyst, In-Park Revenue Analytics & Strategy, you will take ownership of analyzing guest behavior, pricing, promotional effectiveness, and sales data to shape revenue growth initiatives. You will lead analytics projects, develop insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that maximize revenue across Food & Beverage, Retail, Ancillary, and Zoo operations. Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Analytics & Strategy, this role involves strategic leadership, mentorship, and developing best practices in data-driven decision-making.

• Lead the analysis of in-park revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks; develop actionable insights aligned with business goals.
• Oversee the creation and management of dashboards, reporting tools, and performance metrics to monitor revenue streams.
• Champion data governance, quality, and consistency to maintain trusted analytics outputs.
• Manage analytics tools, systems, and vendor relationships to ensure robust data capabilities.
• Drive the development, refinement, and execution of pricing strategies, product mixes, and promotional campaigns.
• Partner with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders to develop strategic initiatives and scenario planning.
• Lead financial modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis, and business case development to support strategic decision-making.

What it takes to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields: Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, pricing strategy, or revenue management, preferably within the theme park, hospitality, or entertainment industries.
• Extensive experience with SQL, Power BI, BigQuery, Excel, and analytical tools; familiarity with Alteryx, SAC, or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into strategic insights and executive-level presentations.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage projects, influence stakeholders, and mentor team members.
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in data modeling, scenario analysis, and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
• In-depth understanding of consumer behavior, pricing, and promotional analytics is preferred but not mandatory.
