About the Role:
• Create client invoices in system and follow up with relevant stakeholders for closure.
• Maintain client wise invoice tracker
• Maintain attendance and manage OPE records for entire team.
• Submit the invoice as per client requirement in various portals.
• Assist in administrative works as assigned by superiors from time to time.
• Assist the team of Engineers/ Associates to prepare COP/reports under guidance.
• Ability to take-up any assignment at short-notice and do multi-tasking activities.
• Co-ordinate for travel bookings of team members

About You:
Graduation in any discipline
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in operations/administrative works
• Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills
• Soft skills – MS office, Invoice portals for client.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
