The Role and What You’ll Do:
The Harry Walker Agency is seeking a Senior Agent. Experience in event planning that included client contact and written communications is a plus, but not essential. Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, and must be able to handle a high volume administrative work including contract compilation and database work.
All administrative support to Agents as needed, including but not limited to:
- Work within CRM database to input opportunities, invitations and firm offer details
- Filing and managing communications and for Sales Agents
- Tracking and communicating requested contract edits
Business Development/ Sales Support work including:
- Miscellaneous support work which may include prospecting phone calls
- Preparing and emailing sales proposals and various communications to potential buyers
- Independently handling incoming requests for speakers that are low or no fee invitations
- Heavy database management including but not limited to report generation and analysis. The goal of this is to identify and leverage opportunities for increased sales.
You Have These:
- At least 3 years of experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential. Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials in a timely manner
- Candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
- Ability to find creative solutions and maintain a positive attitude
- Attention to detail
- Interested reading knowledge of Current Affairs and Business Trends

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Hiring Rate Minimum:
$61,875 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)Hiring Rate Maximum:
