  • High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) credential required; an associate or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, with experience using Concur, Ariba or similar business tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems and work effectively with minimal direction.
  • Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism and care when handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • Ability to support colleagues and contribute positively to a collaborative administrative team.
