Semisolid Operator
 

You will work on semisolid manufacturing operations in our Egypt facility. You will operate and monitor equipment, follow clear procedures, and work closely with colleagues in operations, maintenance and quality. We value practical problem-solvers who communicate clearly, follow standards, and take responsibility for safe, high-quality production. Responsibilities:

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

- Operate, set up and monitor semisolid production equipment to meet quality and production targets.

- Complete clear and accurate production and batch records according to procedures.

- Perform line clearances, cleaning, and shift handovers to keep the work area safe and compliant.

- Support preventive and unplanned maintenance and work with engineering to reduce downtime.

- Identify and raise issues, support investigations, and help implement corrective actions.

- Suggest and support continuous improvement ideas to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Basic Qualification

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational diploma is an advantage.

- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in manufacturing, processing or technical operations.

- Willingness to work on-site and follow shift patterns, including nights or weekends as required.

- Ability to follow written procedures and keep accurate records.

- Good attendance, punctuality and a strong safety mindset.

- Willingness to learn digital production systems such as SAP or other electronic record systems.

Preferred Qualification:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

- 2–5 years experience in pharmaceutical, food or other regulated manufacturing environments.

- Technical diploma or associate degree in a relevant field.- Basic English reading skills to follow procedures and read documentation.

- Experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and data integrity principles.

- Experience in continuous improvement activities or use of improvement tools.

- Basic computer skills and experience with electronic batch records or ERP systems
