As a part of the Sales organization this position is combining both technical and business responsibilities related to Defense, a strategic product segment which requires a strong application expertise and understanding, offering a significant growth potential.

Your missions:

• Driving sales growth and delivering premium customer service
• Identifying business development risks and opportunities in Defense market
• Developing and implementing a consistent account strategy aligned with company targets
• Managing global agreements and strategic projects, including pricing strategy definition
• Traveling to meet customers, understand market dynamics, and build long-term relationships
• Navigating Defense industry-specific requirements

Your profile:

• Holding a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Management and/or Engineering Degree (or equivalent)
• Having a technical background and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and systems
• Showing proven leadership abilities and strong communication skills as well as effective interaction at all levels and across diverse cultures
• Speaking fluently English and French. Any other language is an asset
• Willingness to travel 20-40% of the time, internationally
