Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, your day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of Security Services projects. You coordinate with global teams to utilize established methods, tools, training, and assets, ensuring that project goals are met efficiently. Your role requires managing multiple facets of project delivery, facilitating collaboration across diverse teams, and driving progress to meet client expectations while maintaining high standards of quality and security.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to maintain alignment with client requirements.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to address challenges and implement effective solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ForgeRock Access Management.
- Experience in designing and implementing access management solutions within enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex security issues related to access management.
- Familiarity with integration of access management systems with various applications and platforms.
- Experience in managing security projects and coordinating with global delivery teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ForgeRock Access Management.
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
