Summary:


We are seeking experienced Senior Developers specializing in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementation.
As a security professional, you will supervise and mentor other ISC developers, work on advanced ISC challenges, and contribute to solution architecture development. You will also be responsible for designing and building identity lifecycle components, configuring connectors, and implementing workflows and policies.



Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor ISC developers across multiple engagements.

Lead architecture, design, configuration, and customization of SailPoint ISC solutions.

Solve complex technical issues and contribute to solution architecture development.

Configure and customize connectors for various enterprise systems.

Implement identity lifecycle management, approval workflows, and certification processes.

Develop transformation rules, custom policies, and scripts using BeanShell, Java, JSON, PowerShell, and REST APIs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for delivery, issue resolution, bug fixing, and enhancements.



Professional & Technical Skills:



Proven experience in technical leadership and mentoring roles.

Minimum 3 years of experience with SailPoint ISC, including:

Connector configuration and customization.

Identity lifecycle management.

Approval and certification workflows.

Rules and policies using JSON, BeanShell, Java, PowerShell, and REST APIs.

Alternatively, at least 1 year of experience with ISC or 3+ years of experience with other IGA platforms and the ability to quickly learn ISC.

Strong understanding of identity governance concepts and enterprise integration.

Experience with cloud platforms, Active Directory, LDAP, and ticketing systems.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

Quick learner, team player, and self-starter.

Willingness to learn new technologies and engage in cross-skilling and upskilling.



Educational Qualification:



BE/B.Tech., MCA, or MSc with a strong computer science background and a good academic record.



Additional Information:



The candidate should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in SailPoint ISC or 3+ years in IGA platforms with the ability to learn ISC.

This position is based in various locations across India.

A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
