Summary:
As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and performance standards. This role includes creating detailed documentation for the deployment of cloud security controls and overseeing the smooth transition of these controls into managed cloud security operations. The position requires continuous evaluation and refinement of security architectures to support evolving business needs and technological advancements, ensuring robust protection across cloud environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security architecture with business strategies and compliance requirements.
- Monitor and assess emerging security threats and recommend enhancements to the cloud security framework.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on security best practices.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistent implementation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls, Cisco Firewall.
- Experience in designing and implementing firewall policies and security rules to protect cloud infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of network security principles, including segmentation, access control, and threat prevention.
- Familiarity with cloud security concepts and the ability to integrate firewall solutions within cloud environments.
- Ability to analyze security incidents and perform root cause analysis to improve firewall configurations.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing firewall performance to maintain high availability and security.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
