The Role
Framebridge is hiring Seasonal Production Associates at our high-volume, fast-paced studio in Stanton. Your responsibilities may include assembling a high volume of digital frames, ornaments, table top frames, quality control and/or packaging items for shipping.
As a Seasonal Production Associates, You Will:
● Prepare and mount art pieces according to customer specifications to help make customers’ visions come to life
● Meticulously assemble digital frames, and frames, adhering to stringent quality standards and precise measurements.
● Use hand tools and computer systems for documentation and application.
● Responsible for delicate components and for quality assurance of each art piece.
● Precision trimming of surrounding materials to protect customer artwork using appropriate tools and methods.
● Meet production and quality goals to support Framebridge’s overall business needs
Who You Are:
● Enjoy working with your hands; understand how products are designed and fit together
● Ability and desire to consistently produce high-quality work
● Must be able to utilize a tape measure
● Team player and go-getter with a positive attitude
● Good time management and organizational skills
Must Haves:
● Able to be on your feet for entire shift (8 hours)
● Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs

Salary Information:
The base pay $16.10/hr, plus potential performance bonuses. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.
