- Create test case scenarios for improving test coverage using C# and .NET.
- Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks for UI, API, integration, and performance/load testing.
- Develop and execute automated test suites to validate functional and non-functional requirements.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies for REST API migrations from legacy SOAP/WCF services.
- Perform end-to-end testing of API workflows, including authentication and authorization flows.
- Validate OpenAPI/Swagger specifications against actual API implementations.
- Test adapter layer functionality between REST APIs and legacy SOAP/WCF services, ensuring backward compatibility during migration phases.
- Validate file-based interface translations and data integrity across systems.
- Perform regression testing on existing SCM and card-related functionalities throughout migration phases.
- Conduct integration testing with internal and external systems, including Presidio IVR systems.
- Validate OAuth 2.0 and MFA implementations across services.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
- Design and run load and performance tests to validate system resilience and scalability using tools such as JMeter or Gatling or LoadRunner.
- Create and maintain tools for test data generation, mocking, dependency control, and system observability.

- Mentor engineers and QA team members in automation practices and support a culture of test-driven development.
- Instrument tests and systems for observability and monitoring to support debugging and performance analysis.
- Maintain and evolve automation to work reliably in containerized and cloud environments (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure/AWS/GCP).
