Position Details

In "Rakuten Fashion," shortening the lead time in the supply chain directly leads to increased customer support and reduced sales opportunity losses. This makes it a rewarding job where the results of your efforts are visible. The workplace is the office area of the Rakuten Fulfillment Center, where products are managed and operated. While being in the logistics field, you will not only handle administrative tasks but also physically inspect products and resolve irregularities. By quickly coordinating with business partners and internal departments, you will aim to improve satisfaction for both partners and customers. This role serves as a hub to facilitate communication between stakeholders and plays an important role within the department. You will gain deep knowledge of fashion and logistics, and by handling a wide range of tasks, you will learn the balance of business operations. The environment allows you to interact with various people and experience personal growth.

Main Duties
Managing operations related to inbound shipments and returns with business partners
Registering data and system integration
Coordinating and addressing issues or defects
Designing and adjusting operations for open brand management
Managing and operating product-related tasks
Confirming and adjusting product specifications and defects with business partners
Procuring products based on customer inquiries

Work Environment

Each team consists of 4-5 members.

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Operation Improvement

- Negotiation skill and the coordination
- Basic PC skill
- Intermediate level Excel skills(VLOOKUP, Pivot table, etc.)

Desired Qualifications:

- Experience in supply chain operations and management in apparel EC business
- Distributor by apparel business and product management experience
- Leader work experience

Required character for candidate
- The person who has a balance sense (the flexibility, the cooperativeness and positivism)

- Those who value the attitude of taking responsibility for themselves rather than blaming others and trying to solve problems on their own
