The OpportunityAs a Saviynt Identity and Access Management Manager you will lead identity and access management work that helps confirm secure access to systems and data for employees and clients, with a focus on design, implementation, and support of access strategies within our Cybersecurity practice. As a Manager you will lead teams, coach and develop professionals, manage project workstreams, and apply sound judgment to deliver results across client needs while maintaining alignment with firm values and quality expectations. In this role at PwC, you will guide delivery of identity and access management solutions, review technical work, address issues as they arise, and help identify opportunities to use technology and innovation to strengthen client service and support business goals.
Responsibilities
- Leading identity and access management workstreams for client engagements, guiding planning, execution, and delivery of secure access solutions
- Managing project schedules, deliverables, and resource needs while tracking progress across multiple client priorities
- Designing and implementing role based access control, user access reviews, and authorization processes within Saviynt and related platforms
- Administering cloud identity and access management environments, including Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Active Directory, and federated identity solutions
- Overseeing privileged access management activities, such as privileged account lifecycle controls, access requests, and credential governance
- Developing technical documentation, system requirements, and access control standards to support solution design and deployment
- Analyzing identity governance, information security, and IT risk requirements to identify gaps and recommend remediation actions
- Coaching team members on access management methods, review processes, and delivery approaches while reviewing work to build capability
- Addressing client issues, escalating risks when needed, and maintaining clear communication across stakeholders and engagement teams
- Identifying opportunities to improve identity governance processes through automation, digital tooling, and emerging technologies
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- Demonstrating Saviynt identity governance project leadership in client settings
- Managing access control, PAM, and RBAC delivery workstreams
- Translating IAM system dependencies into practical implementation plans
- Mentoring teams through reviews, feedback, and coaching
- Handling issues, stakeholder discussions, and escalating concerns
- Applying cybersecurity standards, methodology, and delivery discipline

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
