The OpportunityAs a Saviyant Identity and Access Management Sr Associate you will focus on confirming secure and efficient access to systems and data for employees and clients, while supporting the design and implementation of identity strategies that protect sensitive information. As a Senior Associate you will build meaningful client connections, navigate complex situations, and deepen your technical skills while learning how to guide and mentor others. Within our Cybersecurity practice, this role offers the chance to work across identity and access management workstreams, using tools and methods to solve access challenges, interpret feedback, and translate data into practical recommendations.
In this role at PwC, you will be part of a client support environment where relationship building, critical thinking, and adaptability matter. You will help manage assigned workstreams, uphold professional and technical standards, and contribute to deliverables that align with broader project objectives. Responsibilities
- Implementing Saviynt identity and access management configurations to support secure user access across enterprise systems
- Analyzing access control requirements and translating business needs into role based access control designs
- Administering user access provisioning, modification, and removal processes across cloud and on premises environments
- Supporting privileged access management activities by reviewing, configuring, and maintaining access entitlements
- Troubleshooting identity governance, federation, and authentication issues using technical documentation and system logs
- Developing and updating technical documentation for access workflows, control models, and system configurations
- Interpreting access data and audit trails to identify anomalies, exceptions, and process improvements
- Collaborating with client teams to deliver identity and access management workstreams and respond to changing priorities
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- Experiencing Saviynt identity and access management implementations in client settings
- Applying access control, RBAC, and privileged access management concepts
- Interpreting client needs and translating them into technical tasks
- Collaborating across teams while mentoring junior practitioners
- Analyzing data and using feedback to refine recommendations

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
