As a SAP Solution Architect you will lead solution design and delivery for SAP finance initiatives, helping clients optimize financial processes, improve reporting, and align technology to business objectives within our Business Application Consulting practice. As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, bring strategic guidance to complex work, and use sound judgment to coach teams, manage stakeholders, and drive operational excellence across client engagements. In this role at PwC, you will shape client-facing solution approaches, support integration of SAP capabilities, and contribute to a collaborative environment focused on delivering practical outcomes for business needs.

Responsibilities

- Leading SAP finance solution architecture for client engagements and aligning technology design with financial process objectives
- Advising clients on SAP finance capabilities, process optimization, and solution options across complex business scenarios
- Driving solution design discussions, translating client requirements into scalable SAP architecture and implementation roadmaps
- Coordinating cross-functional project activities to move solution development forward and keep delivery on track
- Validating system design decisions, integration points, and data flows across SAP finance applications and connected platforms
- Developing detailed configuration approaches and design documentation for finance transformation initiatives
- Reviewing business process models and identifying opportunities to streamline financial operations and reporting
- Coaching teams through technical issue resolution, design tradeoffs, and changing project priorities
- Building trusted client relationships through clear communication, thoughtful recommendations, and responsive problem solving
- Modeling professional and technical standards while guiding teams through complex solution delivery

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 12 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Customer or S/4HANA customer-facing solutions, including Sales, Service, Commerce, or Customer Data platforms
- Demonstrating SAP Customer solution design across sales, service, or commerce domains
- Leading client conversations on customer-facing SAP architecture and process design
- Applying systems thinking to complex SAP Customer transformation challenges
- Translating business needs into scalable SAP solution roadmaps
- Coaching teams through ambiguous delivery situations and shifting priorities
- Communicating holistic solution narratives to senior stakeholders
