As a SAP - SF – Payroll Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their human resources processes and enhance talent management within our SAP practice. You will analyze client requirements, implement SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of these applications. This role is essential in enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives by leveraging SAP HCM applications.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and integration of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions to optimize client human resources processes
- Analyzing client requirements and developing tailored SAP HCM solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless utilization of SAP HCM applications
- Managing project planning, budgeting, and execution to deliver successful outcomes
- Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Collaborating with client leadership to identify opportunities for business process improvement
- Utilizing analytical thinking to address complex client challenges and deliver innovative solutions
- Overseeing the development and deployment of strategic human resource planning initiatives
- Facilitating change management processes to support client transformation efforts
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to support ongoing engagement and satisfaction

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Human Capital solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals), SAP HCM, or related HR platform credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM)
