As a Senior Associate in SAP Human Capital, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration. Within our Advisory practice, you will help clients optimize their human resources processes and enhance talent management to achieve strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills in business application consulting to help clients optimize operational efficiency. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP HCM applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management strategies
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights and recommendations
- Managing SAP SuccessFactors projects to align with strategic human resource planning and workforce analytics
- Developing and maintaining meaningful client connections to anticipate needs and deliver quality solutions
- Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills
- Upholding professional and technical standards while interpreting data to inform business decisions
- Leading business process improvement initiatives within SAP HCM frameworks
- Embracing change and using creativity to generate new ideas and solve problems within client engagements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Human Capital solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals), SAP HCM, or related HR platform credentials
- Navigating complex situations with strategic Human Resource Planning
- Utilizing SAP SuccessFactors for workforce technology solutions
