As a Senior Associate in SAP Human Capital, you will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills within our Technology Consulting practice to deliver impactful solutions. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP HCM applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights and recommendations
- Managing and inspiring team members to deliver quality work and achieve strategic objectives
- Navigating complex situations to build meaningful client connections and deepen technical skills
- Applying business process improvement techniques to enhance operational efficiency
- Interpreting data to support business analysis and drive informed decision-making
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines
- Engaging in project management activities to oversee the successful deployment of SAP solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Human Capital solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals), SAP HCM, or related HR platform credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM)
- Utilizing strategic human resource planning and talent management
- Excelling in business process improvement and change management
