As a SAP PS-Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP supply chain and operations applications. Within our Advisory practice, you will enable clients to optimize their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement SAP supply chain and operations solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency
- Utilizing analytical thinking and data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions
- Managing project resources and budgeting to validate timely delivery of solutions
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their strategic objectives
- Applying cost management and procurement strategies to enhance operational performance
- Supporting supply chain transformation initiatives through process improvement and innovation
- Coordinating supply chain management activities to achieve client goals
- Utilizing data modeling and reporting tools to generate actionable insights for clients

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM)
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex supply chain concepts
- Excelling in data-driven insights for supply chain transformation
- Managing inventory and warehouse layout design effectively
- Developing procurement strategies and system implementation skills
- Navigating ambiguity while building meaningful client connections
